West Nile third division side Tipsa FC have eliminated Uganda Premier league side Arua Hill in the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
The two sides played out to a 2-2 draw in normal time of the round of 64 contest before Tipsa prevailed to the round of 32 6-5 on penalties at the Nyarilo primary school Playground.
The hosts came from two goals down to force a penalty shootout on Wednesday.
Gadafi Wahab and Jacob Kamwesiga had given the visitors a two goal lead.

Late goals from Japheth Mawa and Sabit Ali saw Tipsa force a penalty shootout in an entertaining game.
In the shootouts Tipsa FC scored six and missed one while Arua Hill missed two of the 7 Penalties.
Arua Hill Muhammad Rashid and custodian Richard Ayama failed to score their kicks.

Meanwhile in Entebbe, Tooro United also needed a penalty shootout against Five Stars to cruised to the round of 32.
The two sides had played out to a barren stalemate in normal time before Tooro United advanced 8-7 on penalties. Action in the round of 64 will resume on Friday, 28th January.
