Vipers SC powered past Kalongo United 3-1 on Saturday at the Kalongo Technical Institute to advance to the last 16.
Goals from Milton Karisa, Najib Yiga and Yunus Sentamu sent the reigning Stanbic Uganda Cup champions to the round of 16.
Bosco Okot found a consolation for the home side in the second half period.
Karisa gave the Venoms the lead in the 10th minute of the contest.

Yiga doubled Vipers advantage in the 39th minute capitalising on a Fabien Mutombora long ball.
Kalongo United pulled one back two minutes after the recess.
