Vipers SC kick off their Stanbic Uganda Cup expedition with a round of 64 tie against Kigezi Homeboyz on Monday.

The game was earlier postponed since Vipers has players who were part of the National team in January when the round of 64 ties were played.

The Kitende outfit won the 47th edition of the competition last season after humbling BUL 8-1 in the final at the Njeru Technical centre.

Vipers head coach Robertinho Oliviera says their objective this season is to win the cup double

Vipers is expected to hand new signing Bob Olouch his debut.
