Singida United 1-3 Mtibwa Sugar
Ugandan midfielder Boban Bogere Zirintusa scored a first-half brace as Mtibwa Sugar beat Singida United 3-1 in the Tanzanian Premier League on Tuesday.
Zirintusa found the back of the net in the 7th and 24th minutes to ensure a 2-0 halftime lead.

The former Busoga United offensive midfielder was replaced by Riphat Khamis in the 54th minute.
10 minutes later, Khamis scored Mtibwa’s third goal before Sey Steven found a consolation for Singida United three minutes to normal time.
Mtibwa Sugar are 9th on the 20-team table with 41 points after 31 games.

Singida United, also home to Ugandan striker Seiri Arigumaho, are bottom-placed with only 12 points.
The Tanzanian league will resume on Wednesday as leaders Simba visit Mbeya City. Yanga will host Namungo FC.
