Express FC are interested in signing right fullback Fred Okot, Swift sports understands.
Okot is currently a free agent following expiration of his employment contract at Vipers SC. He joined the four time Uganda Premier league champions in 2018.
A sibling to Uganda Cranes left back Joseph Ochaya, Okot’s Vipers career has horrendously been affected by injuries.

Sources indicate that Okot who has found first team opportunities relatively limited at Kitende will only fancy a move to a side ready to offer his enough playing time.
Okot was part of the Uganda Hippos team that represented Uganda at the U-20 COSAFA Challenge Cup that was held in Zambia in 2017.
He has previously played for Kireka United and defunct Lweza FC before joining URA FC where he spent two seasons and lately Vipers SC.
