Express Football Club have completed the signing of youthful goalkeeper Denis Otim, Swift Sports has learnt.
Otim who is also the first choice goalkeeper of Uganda U-20 team, the Hippos, has joined Express on a four year contract.
The budding shot stopper was in between the sticks as Uganda featured in the 2019 CECAFA U-20 tournament last September.

He is not new in the top-flight league having previously featured for Nyamityobora FC in the closing stages of the 2018-19 season.
Otim has been on the books of Western Regional League side Mbarara FC but also had a stint with Mbarara City FC.
The former student of Mbarara High School made his maiden Hippos appearance in April 2018 as Uganda lost to Cameroon on penalties in the U-20 AFCON qualifiers in Yaounde.

It should be noted that Express who are under coach Wasswa Bbosa, have already released two goalkeepers Tony Kyamera and Joshua Adea with the former joining UPDF FC on a two year contract.
Otim joins other new signings at Express in Godfrey Lwesibawa, Mahad Yaya Kakooza, Abel Eturude and Charles Musiige among others.
Express ended their 2019/20 campaign 10th on the UPL table with 31 points accumulated from 25 games played.
