U-17 AFCON QUALIFIERS: Uganda names squad for Ethiopia

Head coach Hamza Kitalo has released a list of 25 players that have flown to the Ethiopian city of Addis Ababa where they will seek to qualify for the TotalEnergies U-17 AFCON.

The event will thrive from the 1st to 19th of October at the Abebe Bikila Stadium.

Uganda are pitted alongside Djibouti, Burundi, Sudan and Rwanda. The Cubs will open the campaign against Djibouti on 1st, then Burundi and later Sudan and Rwanda.

Semifinals will be held on the 16th of October while the finals will be played three days later.
