SC Villa will host fellow Uganda Premier League side Mbarara City in arguably the biggest game of the draw.
URA FC will entertain Wakiso Giants in another UPL affair.

KCCA will make a trip to Masindi to face Fufa Big League side Dove FC.
Tooro United will host Kitara FC while Kyetume and Maroons will lock horns.
Defending champions Proline will visit Big League side Kiboga Young in Mbale.

Kataka FC have been pitted against Regional League side Free Stars who eliminated Bright Stars on the previous round.
Light SSS will go toe to toe with fellow Big League side UPDF in Soroti.
The games of the round of 16 will be played between 10th – 15th March
