UPDF FC and NEC FC shared spoils in a 2-2 draw at Bombo Military Barracks Grounds on Tuesday.
The Army side stretched their winless run to 10 games since their 2-0 win over BUL FC in November last year.
They have lost eight and drawn three since their shock win over BUL FC.
On Tuesday they were on course for a huge win in their battle to remain in the topflight when Bashir Kabuye opened the scoring in the 41st minute.

At the hour mark, the visitors levelled matters through their skipper Marvin Kavuma before Cromwell Rwothomio scored the other five minute later.
UPDF FC restored parity through Christopher Kambugu in the 72nd minute.
The stalemate leaves the Army side still in relegation zone with just ten points while NEC FC are now in fourth place with 31 points.
