Vipers SC have confirmed the appointment of coach Alex Isabirye Musongola as Beto Bianchi’s replacement.

The five time Uganda Premier league champions parted ways with Bianchi last week following a poor string of results.

Isabirye expressed his delight upon joining the Kitende based.

‘I am incredibly proud and excited to represent Vipers Sports Club, this fantastic football club. I am very excited to be here and look forward to meeting and working with the exciting group of players and to develop a team and culture that our amazing fans can be proud of.” Said Isabirye.

Isabirye will reunite with Karim Ndugwa who he managed at BUL FC as they went on to win the Stanbic Uganda Cup trophy following their 3-1 win over Vipers in Masindi.

He has previously served at URA FC, Victoria University FC, Soana FC, Busoga United, Kyetume FC, Somalia side Horseed FC and BUL FC.
