Vipers SC have confirmed that their right back Ashraf Mandela has stabilized following a concussion.
The defender landed badly after an aerial challenge in the first half of their home game against Arua Hill on Tuesday.
Immediately after the scarely incident custodian Alfred Mudekereza rushed to the rescue of the right back.
“The player Ashraf Mandela has been transferred to the hospital and has been stabilized.” Read a statement from the club.

Ibrahim Orit replaced the injured defender. Mandela has started all Vipers games since his return to the club in July this year.
