Vipers SC have completed the signing of DR Congo attacking midfielder Serge Robert Mwenge.
Mwenge has put pen to paper on a two year employment contract with the Uganda Premier league champions.
He becomes the third signing for the Venoms this transfer window after Martin Kizza and Karim Ndugwa.
The midfielder has previously featured for DRC and African powerhouses AS Vita, and Saint Loi Lupopo.

Mwenge also becomes the fifth Congolese native to join Vipers joining Alfred Mudekereza, Olivier Osomba, Rodriguez Shamamba, Gracia Mpongo Mbombo and Darcy Mbaka Kipoyi.
