WAKISO GIANTS vs BUL: Alex Isabirye still in quest for maiden victory

The newly appointed BUL FC tactician has not tasted victory since assuming the helms at BUL from the sacked Arthur Kyesimira. He has overseen 3 league games so far and only managing 2 points.

Wakiso Giants will also be seeking to complete a double over BUL FC when the two sides face in the Uganda Premier League contest at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium on Tuesday.

This will be the fourth topflight meeting between the two sides. In the previous three either side has managed to register one win with the other ending in a stalemate.

The Purple Sharks won the reverse fixture 1-0 thanks to a Viane Ssekajugo strike.

BUL FC managed to beat Wakiso Giants 1-0 at the Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.

Wakiso Giants have recently been in great form and will aiming for a fifth straight home win.
They shred bottom placed Kitara 7-2 in their previous game.

BUL FC suffered a 1-0 home defeat to Soltilo Bright Stars in their last league fixture.

Douglas Bamweyana’s charges will be without Hassan Wasswa Dazo who is suspended following his red card at Busoga United. Skipper Hassan Ssenyonjo and forward Ivan Bogere are also out of the contest through respective injuries.

The visitors will again miss the services of longterm absentees Ambrose Kirya and Hamis Tibita through injuries.

They will however be boosted by the return of the trio of Joseph Ssemujju, Abdul Kimera and Frederick Kigozi who were suspended in the defeat to Soltilo Bright Stars.
