Express FC head coach Wasswa Bbosa and his assistant James Odoch have renewed their employment contracts with the club for another season.
Bbosa and Odoch’s previously contracts expired at the end of last campaign.
The development was confirmed on Wednesday morning by the club CEO Isaac Mwesigwa
“Everyone has been asking about the future of our coaches at the club but that’s no more, for me they have done a fantastic job along with the entire backroom staff and they deserve it. As a club were glad that’s sorted now focus is on the continental campaign.”

Bbosa thanked the club chairman and CEO for renewing their stay at the seven time Uganda Premier League champions
“First of all I want to thank the chairman and CEO for seeing that I and my backroom stay stay for another season.” We have achieved a lot together and I believe we shall achieve more this coming season.”

Other members of the backroom staff who are goalkeeping coach Sam Kawalya, team physio Aloysius Makubuya, team doctors Wante Godfrey and Enoch Kayondo have also extended their stay at the club.
Under the stewardship of Wasswa Bbosa Express won the Uganda Premier League title and CECAFA Kagame Cup last season.
The Red Eagles are in preparation for the CAF Champions League Preliminary round with Al Merrick on Friday at St.Mary’s Stadium in Kitende. They are currently having a residential camp in Entebbe.
