URA FC Captain Shafiq Kagimu has barely played for the club this term after falling out with his employers.
This website understands that the midfielder who is in his 7th season with the tax collectors lost his captain’s armband to Nafian Alionzi.
Kagimu alongside Derrick Nsibambi and winger Joachim Ojera rejected the club’s appeal to take a salary/wage cut.
Nsibambi however made a return to the team last weekend and he scored when he came on as a second half substitute for George Senkaaba.

There have been more reports in the media that player power has been on a rise at the club with most of the senior players unhappy with the way the club is being run.
The four time Uganda premier league winners have only managed two victories this term, they have lost twice and drawn four times out of the 8 matches.
URA will next face Vipers SC on November 26th at Nakisunga grounds in Mukono.
