Young Simba fined for misconduct after fan beats referee to coma

Buganda Regional League side Young Simba FC has been fined after being found guilty of miss conduct.

They have been accused of assaulting match officials at the end of the game which they lost 1-0 to Entebbe FC courtesy of Ronnie Musoke’s sole goal.

A fan of Young Simba FC SC attacked the referee Shamirah Nabukenya and ended up beating her to coma at the end of the match

They will have to pay an fine of two million Uganda Shillings to the Buganda RFA account before the kick off of the second round.

Further more, they will have to meet the medical bills and compensate the referee’s lost equipment worth two hundred thousand Uganda Shillings.

They will also have to host their next five home games at Kasana grounds in Luweero.

After the deduction of one point, Young Simba FC remains seventh with 12 points.
