FIFA has confirmed that 30 year old Tunisian referee Guirat Haythem will be the man in the center as Uganda takes on Rwanda in their must win group E tie at St. Mary’s stadium Kitende.
The Tunisian will be assisted by compatriots Hassani Khalil as assistant I, Bakir Mogamed Yousi, assistant II and Bouali Mohamed Yousri as the 4th official.
Ghanaian Adam Munkala Nassan was appointed as the match commissioner and another Tunisian Abdi Souad will assess the referees.
Dr. Ahimbisibwe Bugingo Apollo will serve as the medical officer.

Guirat is remembered as the man who took charge of the high pressure game on June 11 between Sierra Leone and Benin in the match that determined the last qualifying spot to this year’s AFCON
