It was an entirely one sided affair with Raja Casablanca dominating the proceedings from the onset.

Hamza Khabba, Jamal Harkass, Mohamed Zrida, Yousri Bouzok and Roger Aholou scored the five goals for the winning Green Eagles.

Khabba opened the floodgates in the 6th minute with a feeble header from outside the box that was not well dealt with by goalkeeper Alfred Mudekereza who had moved off his line.

Five minutes later, towering defender Jamal Harkass doubled the lead after Mudekereza fumbled again following a corner kick.

Mohamed Zrida plied more misery on the Venoms as he made it 3-0 with another easy finish in the 39th minute.

Vipers’ only shot on target came through Martin Kizza whose free kick was well saved by goalkeeper Anas Zniti at the stroke of halftime.

Beto Bianchi made a triple change at the start of the second half. Yunus Sentamu, Desire Tety and Olivier Osomba replaced Karim Watambala, Abdul Lumala and Ashraf Mandela.

Yousri Bouzok made it 4-0 in the 60th minute while Togolese midfielder Roger Aholou thumped home the fifth 10 minutes later.

Ibrahim Orit and Livingstone Mulondo replaced Siraje Sentamu and Bright Anukani later in the game.

The Venoms will hope for redemption as they host Horoya AC at Kitende on Saturday 18th February.
