Stanbic Uganda Cup quarter-final draw: KCCA FC to face Bright Stars, Vipers get Calvary

The Stanbic Uganda Cup Quarterfinal draw has been held today at FUFA House in Mengo. The draw was conducted by legendary Moses Matovu.

Matovu is a former Nakivubo Boys FC (now SC Villa), Lint Marketing Board, Express FC and Police FC.

Police FC who eliminated Ndejje at the round of stage will face off with holders BUL FC who edged Onduparaka FC in the previous round.

Vipers SC have been paired against Calvary FC. The Venoms needed a shootout to eliminate Wakiso Giants while Calvary beat Kitara FC.

Ten time competition winners KCCA FC will travel to Bright Stars for their Quarterfinal tie. KCCA FC ejected Mbarara City at the round of 16 while Bright Stars powered past Kiyinda Boys.

Adjumani TC who eliminated Bunyaruguru United will host Express FC at the Quarterfinal stage. The Red Eagles beat Paidha Black Angels in the round of 16.

The Quarterfinal ties will be played between 10th and 17th April.

At the Quarterfinal stage, if the teams are tied by goals at the end of the match, extra time shall be played to determine the winner. If the teams are not separated after extra time, spot kicks shall be applied to determine the winner.
