Congolese striker Tshisungu Kankonde has played his last league match of the season after the FUFA disciplinary panel found him guilty of violating article 31 of the FUFA competition rules.

Kankonde appeared to have physically assaulted center referee Mashood Ssali after the final whistle had gone during a league match where Vipers beat KCCA 1-0 at Kitende on Saturday last week.

Ssali flashed a red card to him which is automatically served with a two match ban but the federation further handed him another six matches.

He will in addition of serving thee punishment pay fines of 1,000,000 Uganda shillings .
