The management of Buwekula Ssaza has decided to retain Frank Mulindwa as their head coach ahead of the 2023 Masaza Cup tournament.

The tactician has for the last two years managed Buwekula in the prestigious Masaza Cup competition.

In his first year at Buwekula, he led them to the final where they lost 2-0 to Buddu.

Last year, Buwekula’s campaign was ended at the Quarterfinal stage by Bulemeezi.

Mulindwa is also the head coach at Royal Giants Secondary school.

At Royal Giant, Mulindwa led the school to this year’s Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association Football Championship Semifinal in Fort Portal.

They finished third placed in a tournament that attracted over 64 schools across the country and will represent Uganda at the East African Championship in Rwanda later this year.

Mulindwa is expected to name his backroom staff as they seek to clinch the Masaza Cup title for the first time in history.

Buwekula are in Masengere Group alongside Buddu, Kyaggwe, Kyadondo, Buluuli and Kooki.
