Newly promoted UPL side Kitara FC have announced the departure of coach Sam Ssimbwa after a period of five months.

Ssimbwa leaves the club after guiding them to a promotion back to the topflight during the recently concluded FUFA Big League season.

He took over the club on January 30th replacing Mark Twinamatsiko and delivered the Hoima based club to the promised land.

He managed to win eight of the 15 Big League games he was in charge, drew six and lost only once.

Wakiso Giants youthful coach John Ayala Luyinda and Kitende’s Edward Golola are some of the coaches that have been internally discussed by the Kitara FC hierarchy.
