SC Villa have added Arua Hill goalkeeping coach Ssenyonjo Yusuf “Shei” to their technical staff.
The 16 time Uganda Premier league champions have been searching for a new goalkeeping coach since the departure of Robert Mukasa alias Kiyenje.
Mukasa was relieved of his duties following the departure of Jackson Magera and Ibrahim Kirya.
Besides working at Arua Hill, Ssenyonjo has also previously served in the same capacity at Express FC, Mbarara City, Wakiso Giants, Kyetume FC, Masavu FC and Onduparaka FC.
He also worked at Ssingo, Buddu and Buwekula in the Masaza Cup tournament as well as Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi in the University Football League.
Ssenyonjo joins Villa’s new technical bench that has Dusan Stojanovic as the head coach, Morley Byekwaso (assistant coach) and Arthur Kyesimira.
SC Villa have so far signed Denis Ojara from Onduparaka, Charles Batibwe (Kiyinda Boys) and Diego Ssemugera (Police FC)
