Mbarara City have completed the signing of former Wakiso Giants winger Pius Kaggwa.
Kaggwa joins the Ankole Lions as a free agent on a one year employment contract.
SC Villa were also interested in signing Kaggwa this transfer window but he opted to join Mbarara City.
Kaggwa has previously featured for Synergy FC, Police FC, Wakiso Giants and lately UPDF FC.
Joseph Akandwanaho and Yunus Sibira are the other new recruits at Mbarara City.
The Ankole Lions returned to the Uganda Premier league after finishing second in the FUFA Big League last season.
They are under the stewardship of former SC Villa, Express FC and Gaddafi FC head coach Wasswa Bbosa.
