Luweero United announce new leadership ahead of new season

Buganda Regional League side Luweero United have confirmed the committe that will stear the team in the forthcoming 2023/24 season.

Wasswa Kintu has been appointed as the new club chairman taking over from Edirisa Sserubiri.

Kintu will be deputised by Muhammad Kizza who takes over from David Ssenyonjo.

Juma Kasolo who is also the minister of sports in Ffumbe clan has been appointed as the development officer while Cisse Mirembe will be in charge of women football.

Liz Betty will handle finance and Patrick Buunya will head the Marketing and Communications department

Luweero United was relegated from the FUFA Big League last season after finishing 13th with 32 points from 30 games.
