Lady Doves have completed the signing of towering defender cum midfielder Winnie Nabbaale as their first official signing.
Nabbaale has been acquired from former league champions She Corporate who were relegated at the end of last season.
The combative former Masaka SS defender can ably play in central defense but also in the defensive midfield position.
She was part of the She Corporate team that won the 2021/22 FUFA Women Super League after edging Kampala Queens on goal difference.
Nabbaale has been training with the Masindi based club in the past weeks before being unveiled on Saturday morning.
She brings experience to the Lady Doves team that is dominated by a number of young players after the club embarked on a rebuilding process a season ago.

Lady Doves will be hoping to get a better finish after narrowly surviving relegation on the final day of the season.
The 2022/23 FUFA Women Super League season is expected to kick off in October after all the 10 clubs fulfilled the requirements of the FUFA Licensing exercise.
