Arua Hill tactician Charles Livingston Mbabazi has been named as the man to take over the mantle at Uganda premier league defending champions Vipers SC.
He replaces Leonard Martins Neiva who was sacked last week on Christmas Eve.
The short circuited coach has been at Wakiso Giants FC, Onduparaka FC, Mbarara City FC, Somalia National team, Soltilo Bright Stars FC and Lweza FC.
His immediate task will be arresting a bad patch of form that has seen the club suffer back to back defeats at the hands of BUL and Express FC.
