Irish based midfielder joins Cranes camp in Morocco

Midfielder Carl James Mujaguzi who plays for Athlone Town AFC in Ireland was among the latest players to join the Uganda Cranes camp.

Uganda Cranes will play in two international friendlies against Comoros and Ghana on 22nd and 26th of March respectively.

Majaguzi could not hide his happiness after taking part in the first training session with the Uganda Cranes,

“I am excited to be part of the national team. It is something I have always dreamt of for so many years as I kept on working so hard I am very proud to represent my country.”

“It is good to be with players of high quality and I am very sure we are more than ready for the two games.”

For starters Mujaguzi grew up in Kisugu, he is a product of Edgars Youth Academy, he also played for Swedish side BK Olympic.
