Wakiso Giants are set to part ways with defender George Kaddu following the expiration of his contract.
Swift Sports understands Kaddu’s three years employment contract expired before the end of the recently concluded UPL season.
The club has not yet shown interest for renewal and the player seems to be ready for a new challenge.
Kaddu previously played for Kiyinda Boys FC in the Buganda Regional League.
In 2019 he featured for Ssingo in the prestigious Masaza Cup tournament before switching to Gomba in 2020 and won the championship.
In fact he scored one of three goals in Gomba’s 3-1 victory against Buddu at St Mary’s Stadium to be crowned champions.
Wakiso Giants completed the recently concluded UPL season in the 11th position with 32 points from 29 games.
