BUL FC defender agrees terms with URA FC

Uganda Revenue Authority FC have agreed terms with BUL FC defender Ronald Otti, Swift Sports Uganda understands.

Otti will join the revenue collectors on a two year employment contract following expiration of his deal at BUL FC.

The move will see the central defender reunite with coach Alex Isabirye Musongola whom he worked with at BUL FC.

Uganda Premier league champions SC Villa and Vipers SC have all been interested in Otti’s signature.

Otti was unused substitute as Uganda Cranes overcame Botswana 1-0 in the Group G of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier at Mandela National Stadium.

Last season, Otti played 20 league games for BUL FC scoring once and also managed one assist as they finished second on the table with 56 points.

He was named man of the match on three occasions. Against KCCA at Lugogo, Vipers at Kitende and SC Villa at Wankulukuku.

Before joining, BUL FC Otti spent three and half years at Mbarara city having joined them in January of 2019 from lower division side Nangabo Green Valley Football club.

URA FC have already signed former UPDF FC defender Bright Vuni who joined on a two year employment contract.
