FUFA has confirmed the dates for the Regional League Promotion Playoff matches that will determine teams that will play in next year’s Big league.
The eight games will be played on a home and away basis with games kicking off at exactly 3:00pm
Buganda Regional League champions Ntungasaze FC will host Kampala Regional League champions Proline FC first on Friday 21st at Mityana Ssaza grounds.
Ntungasaze defeated Simba FC 2-0 to be crowned champions of the Buganda Regional League.
The return leg will be played on 27th at MTN Omondi Stadium Lugogo.
Proline eliminated CATDA FC 7-6 in spot kicks after the two sides playing to a one all draw to be crowned champions.
MYDA FC the North Eastern champions will play Busei FC the Eastern Regional League champions.
The North Eastern champions defeated TUBUR United FC 5-0 to emerge victor.
Edgar Luzige’s Busei FC were crowned champions of the Eastern Regional League after a hard fought 3-2 victory over Mbale Garage.
Former UPL side Paidha Black Angels (West Nile) will face off with Northern Gateway ( Northern Region)
The Blacks defeated Araka 2-1 to emerge champions same as Northern Gateway they defeated Pajule Lions 2-1 also
Buhimba Saints the Kitara Regional League champions registered a 1-0 victory against Rwenzori Lions to emerge victor.
Ntoda FC their opponents from Western Region defeated Bunyaruguru United 2-1.
The eight overall winners will automatically join the FUFA Big League.
