Ntungasaze, MYDA seal FUFA Big League Promotion

Former UPL side MYDA FC and Buganda Regional League champions Ntungasaze FC were sportingly promoted to the FUFA Big League after winning their respective return leg Fixtures.

Super substitute Micheal Kimera and Calvin Peter Emayo scored each in the first and second half respectively the two goals that handed Ntungasaze FC a 2-0 victory

Kimera had replace Isaac Apenyo after sustaining an injury.

Ntungasaze FC automatically joined the FUFA Big League on Aggregate 3-2, the first leg that was played in Mityana had ended 2-1 in favour of Proline FC.

Former Uganda Premier League side MYDA FC defeated Edgar Luzige’s Busei FC 2-0 courtesy of Innocent Opira and John Brian Otim.

MYDA FC earns promotion on aggregate 3-1, the two sides had played to a one all draw in the first leg.

Action will resume tomorrow Friday 28th-June with Buhimba Saints United FC hosting Ntoda FC at Kigaya Church of Uganda grounds in Hoima.

Buhimba Saints United FC and Ntoda FC played to a barren draw in the first leg.
