Newly promoted Uganda Premier League side Lugazi FC are in advanced talks with forwards Denis Lubowa and Sharif Yusuf Ssaka.
Ssaka played for Rwanda second division side Espoir, he was part of the Mpindi squad that lost this year’s Bika Byabaganda Football final to Ngabi Nsamba at Wankulukuku.
He also had a brief stint in Seychelles at Lions Football Club.
Denis Lubowa has spent all his paying career in relegated Kyetume FC, he was part of the squads that led Kyetume to the FUFA Big League and Uganda Premier League.
Lugazi FC was promoted to Uganda Premier League after finishing second in the FUFA Big League with 53 points under the leadership of interim head coach Gerald Efiti.
As earlier reported they are in advanced talks with former Mbarara City FC head coach Sadick Sempigi to take over the same role.
