Mbarara City FC right back Frank Kasumba has agreed terms with Uganda Cup winners Kitara FC.
Swift Sports Uganda understands that Kasumba will put pen to paper on a one year employment contract with Kitara FC.
He will join the Brian Ssenyondo coached side as a free agent following expiration of his contract at Ankole Lions.
Kasumba has previously featured for Seeta United, Kireka United, Lugazi FC, Kaaro Karungi, Arua Hill SC and lately Mbarara City.
He also played for Kyaggwe Ssaza team in the prestigious Buganda Masaza Cup tournament in 2020.
Kitara FC will represent Uganda in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup and have already signed Wakiso Giants duo of Titus Ssematimba and Marvin Nyanzi, Maroons duo of David Ndihabwe and Fred Amaku, Ronald Otti from BUL FC among others
