Steven Bengo and Tonny Mawejje took charge of their first Wakiso Giants training session on Monday.
The former Uganda Cranes internationals began the new era at IUIU Kaboga playground on Monday and also had their second training session on Tuesday.
Bengo was appointed as the Purple Sharks head coach following the departure of John Ayala Luyinda.
He had previously served as assistant coach at the club.
Mawejje on the other hand was appointed as assistant coach at the club. He had previously served in the same capacity at Kampala Queens.
New recruit Zambian Erick Kabamba who became the first player to join the club this window took part in the training sessions.
Former BUL FC midfielder Vincent Zziwa is the other player expected to join the club.
Wakiso are expected to boost their squad with several new signings ahead of the 2024/25 season.
