Goalkeeper Bashir Ssekagya has rejoined six time Uganda Premier league champions Vipers SC as earlier reported by this website.
Ssekagya has returned to Kitende on a three year employment contract that will keep him at the club until 2026/27.
He first played for Vipers between 2018 – 2021 before joining Kenya Premier League side Wazito FC in 2021.
He has also featured for Uganda Premier league sides UPDF FC and lately Wakiso Giants.
Ssekagya will battle for a starting place with other goalkeepers at Vipers in Jack Komakech, Alfred Macumu Mudekereza, and Denis Kiggundu.
The Venoms have already signed Kenneth Kimera, Gusto Mulongo, Derrick Ndahiro, Pedro Sukuya Chimbiambiulo, and right back Nicholas Wadada.
