Uganda’s leading online Betting company 22 Bet through their charitable arm thx 22 foundation signs sponsorship deal with young Tennis player Cillian Ndilima.
With the support of Thx 22, Cillian will join Evert Tennis Academy, Boca Raton Florida in the United States of America where he will aspire to develop his talent and also further his studies.
The development was confirmed at the event that was graced by Cillian’s father Cedric Babu Ndilima (former Uganda Tennis Association president), William Blick (IOC Member) and Collins Bongomin, head of marketing at Thx 22 Foundation on Friday at Emin Pasha Hotel in Kampala.
“Evert Tennis Academy academy is one of the best academies in the world, I hope to get a lot of exposure and learn more to and achieve my dream of winning grand slams.” Said Cillian
Blick thanked Thx 22 foundation for the support rendered to the youngster
“You have to work hard. I know you have the talent and this move will inspire more young players in the country. I wish you all the best. I take this opportunity to thank Thx 22 Foundation for supporting the Cillian.” Said Blick.
Bongomin, head of marketing at Thx 22 Foundation revealed that they are to provide both financial and resource aid to Cillian
“As Thx22 Foundation we are to provide financial and resource support to aid Cillian as he aims to achieve his Dream of being a professional Tennis Player.” Said Bongomin
Cillian is expected to be at the academy for the next four years until when he qualifies for college and perhaps join professional Tennis.
The youngster is ranked in the top 20 of Under 14s in Africa.
