BUL FC have signed midfielder Ramsey Kawooya from Express FC, Swift Sports understands.
Kawooya who served as the Express FC captain for the better part of the season, has left the club after one season.
Ramsey joined the Red Eagles at the start of the previous season after spending over a decade in Sweden.
He earned plaudits for his impressive exploits notably during the first round of the season and also got a call up to the national team.
He is expected to boost the club’s central midfield that also notably has Jeromy Kirya, George Kasonko and Pascal Ngoobi among others.
While in Sweden, Kawooya has previously featured for a host of clubs that include Vaxjo United, Karlskrona FF, Somaliska and FK Almeboda Linneryd.
He becomes the second player to join BUL FC from Express FC after striker Isaac Wagoina but also the umpteenth signing made by Jinja based side in the ongoing transfer window.
As earlier reported, BUL FC officially unveiled midfielder Isaac Musiima who has been signed from Ntungasaze FC.
Goalkeeper Mathias Muwanga has also joined BUL on a three year contract after a brief spell in Rwanda.
Bakali Magumba, Dickson Matama, Anwar Ntege, Najib Fesali Thomas Ochungo, and Yafesi Mubiru are other signings made by the club this window.
