Ivan Ahimbishibwe netted the first hat-trick of the season as URA FC humbled Mbale Heroes 4-0 at Mbale Municipal Stadium on Saturday.
Mbale Heroes were under the stewardship of goalkeeping Frank Ssebagala following the departure of head coach Richard Malinga.
Ahimbishibwe gave the visitors the lead in the 12th minute before doubling the advantage four minutes later.
He completed his hat-trick in the 33rd minute and also set up Amisi Bwangani for URA’s fourth goal in the 59th minute.
Ahimbishibwe now has four goals this term having scored in URA’s 1-0 win over Bright Stars last month.
Alex Isabirye coached side are now fourth on the Uganda Premier league table with seven points three adrift of leaders KCCA FC.
The Revenue collectors will next host BUL FC on 18th October at Nakivubo Stadium while Mbale Heroes will visit Lugazi two days before.
