Left back Mustafa Kizza has joined Egyptian second tier side Telecom SC, as earlier revealed by this website.

Kizza recently left Express FC a side he had joined as a free agent having left KCCA FC at the end of the previous season.

He left the country a week ago to complete his move and his place at Express FC was subsequently taken by his former KCCA teammate Herbert Achayi.

His new club, Telecom SC, also formerly known as Itesalat Club, is a former club of former Uganda Cranes striker Geoffrey Massa.

Massa played for the club between 2009-2011 after his stint with South African side Jomo Cosmos.

Kizza joins Joseph Ochaya, Jockiam Ojera and Allan Kyambadde who are the other Ugandans playing in the Egyptian second tier.

Both Ochaya and Ojera are featuring for Arab Contractors while Kyambadde plays for El Dakhleya SC. Both sides suffered relegation from the topflight last season.
