William Oloya has been appointed as the center referee for the Uganda Premier league contest between rivals Express FC and SC Villa.
Express FC will welcome SC Villa under the floodlights of Nakivubo on Friday night.
For starters this will be the first game between the two sides to be played at the venue in eight years.
Oloya will be assisted by Ashraf Katerega and Brianson Musisi as the first and second assistants for the mouthwatering encounter.
Joseph Masembe is the Fourth official while Davis Katabira is the Referee Assessor.
Kutamba Phoebe has been appointed as the General coordinator for the game.
SC Villa come into this contest after a 5-0 thrashing of UPDF FC in their previous game while Express FC played out to a goalless stalemate at Wakiso.
Meanwhile, Express have just managed one win in their last five league matches this term.
The Jogoos have won four of the previous meetings against the Red Eagles. SC Villa are yet to register maximum points away from home this season while Express have managed two victories at home.
