Abdallah Mubiru’s KCCA FC will be seeking to return to winning ways when they host Express FC in the Kampala Derby on Saturday under the floodlights of Lugogo.

KCCA are winless in their previous three games (1-1 against Vipers, 1-0 defeat to NEC FC and their most recent 1-1 draw with Lugazi FC).

The Kasasiro Boys are third on the table standings with 19 points and victory will see them reduce the gap at the top.

They however face an Express FC side managed by their former assistant coach Badru Kaddu.

The Red Eagles are unbeaten since the departure of Baker Mbowa but remain winless on the road this term.

Team News

KCCA FC will be without Derrick Nsibambi, Ibrahim Juma, Filbert Obenchan due to respective injuries.

Defender Hassan Muhamud is also out through suspension.

The hosts will be boosted by the return of the trio of Peter Magambo, goalkeeper Anthony Emojong and Shafik Nana Kwikiriza.

Express FC will welcome back midfielder Saidi Kyeyune who missed their 3-1 win over Mbarara City FC.

Key Players

Sadat Anaku, Usama Arafat and Saidi Mayanja are expected to light up KCCA FC attack.

The Red Eagles will look up to Sam Ssenyonjo, Herbert Achai and Emmanuel Alex Wasswa who will be facing their former paymasters.
