Manchester United and Argentine winger Alejandro Garnacho’s spectacular bicycle kick against Everton has won the 2024 FIFA Puskas Award.
Garnacho’s acrobatic bicycle kick against Everton in November 2023 at Goodison Park last season was recognised as the best finish in world football during the year.

The Man United forward converted Diogo Dalot’s cross with a stunning overhead kick which beat Jordan Pickford in the 3-0 win at Goodison Park.
He is only the second Manchester United player to win the award, after Cristiano Ronaldo.
To claim the gong, Garnacho collected 26 points followed by Yassine Benzia goal against South Africa.
Kitara and Uganda Cranes forward Denis Omedi’s Rabona goal against KCCA FC in the FUFA Super 8 finished in third place with 16 points.
Omedi also lost out on the CAF goal of the year accolade finishing sixth with Angola’s Cristovao Mabululu walking away with the award.
The prize is named after legendary Hungarian striker Ferenc Puskás, famed for his glorious individual strikes, and celebrates the most spectacular goal in world football.
