The Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 64 Draw will be conducted on 6th January, 2025, pending official confirmation from FUFA.
The round of 64 comprises the 16 teams in the Uganda Premier league, 15 Big League teams, teams in the lower leagues.
This year’s edition also has two non-league teams which are Football Classroom and 403 Brigade FC from Napak District.
Football Classroom are under the stewardship of Felix Ssekabuza prevailed to this stage after eliminating Kansanga, Jaguar, Moonlight, Kazinga and PCCP.
Garuga Star, Kisoro Young Simba, Mayuge United and Mawokota United are some of the lower league teams at this stage.
It should be remembered that from this stage to the quarterfinal stage games are played in a single leg format.
At this stage the UPL and Big League teams play their games away from home as by the organizers.
Kitara won the trophy last season after defeating NEC FC at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku thanks to a Solomon Okwalinga sole strike.
