Resurgent Big League side Busoga United have announced the nine new players added onto their squad during the secondary transfer window of January.
The confirmation was made at Speke Courts in Jinja by the Club CEO Dan Gulere Isabirye.
The triplet of defender Douglas Muganga, Anthony Mayanja and Amos Kirya all have joined Busoga United on a six months deal from UPL side BUL FC.
Both Muganga and Mayanja previous played for Busoga before joining BUL FC in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
Dan Sewava and Franco Balabala also join the FUFA Big League side from Buganda Regional League side Kiwanga United and Gaddafi FC.
Alex Mutataze joins from Iganga United, Paul Kibande and Gerald Hamya are from fellow FUFA Big League side Jinja North United FC and Alex Bucho joins from the URA Junior team.
Busoga United completed the first round of the FUFA Big League in 9th with 17 points from 14 games.
