Striker Grace Aluka joined Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League side Olila High School on a six month contract.

Aluka returns to Uganda after a brief spell in the Tanzania Women’s League with Ceasiaa Queens Football Club.

She made her debut as Olila High School held She Maroons to a goalless draw at the Luzira Prisons Grounds as the Women Super League second round officially kicked off.

The former defender scored 10 goals for Olila High School in her final season before joining Kampala Queens in 2022.

Aluka rose to the scene as a right footed left back at Kawempe Muslim, the senior national team the Crested Cranes as well as the national U-17 team under the tutelage of Ayub Khalifa Kiyingi.

She eventually switched roles from defense to offense after her unceremonious departure from Kawempe Muslim to Olila High in 2019.

Aluka and her Olila High School teammates will be striving to survive relegation at the end of the campaign.

The Soroti based side currently sits 10th on the Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League table of 12 teams with nine points collected from the 12 games played.
