Lugazi FC completed a double over seven time UPL champions Express FC with a 1-0 victory in the league match played on Thursday in Lugazi.
Sharif Ssaka’s sole goal I’m the game gave Stephen Bogere’s coached side all the three points.
Ssaka scored from a long range in the 44 minute past goalkeeper Micheal Kagiri.
Kagiri had replaced Emmanuel Kalyowa in the 32nd minute.
Despite victory Lugazi FC remain in the 11 position but move to 23 points.
They next visit relegation threatened Mbale Heroes in Mbale on Thursday 13th March.
Express FC is in the fifth position with 28 points, their next opponent is Police FC on 13th at Nakivubo.
