SC Villa will be aiming to return to winning ways when they host relegation candidates Mbale Heroes on Thursday at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.
The Jogoos lost their previous league meeting 1-0 against BUL FC and will be seeking for a positive response.
They will also be looking for revenge against Mbale Heroes who beat them 1-0 in the reverse fixture.
SC Villa won their previous home game against champions elect Vipers SC with Charles Lwanga scoring the all important goal.
Mbale Heroes lost their last league game 1-0 to fellow strugglers Wakiso Giants.
The Baker Mbowa coached side has managed just ten points in the Uganda Premier league this term.
The hosts will look up to Patrick Jonah Kakande, Charles Lwanga and Elvis Ngonde for inspiration.
