The Uganda Premier League, FUFA Big League, FUFA Women Super League and FUFA Women Elite League (FWEL) transfer window will officially open on Monday, 1st July, shutting on 21st September.
The development was confirmed in a document from FUFA regarding the new football campaign.
When does the 2024/25 season start?
The Uganda Premier League season begins on September 13th, meaning the window will remain open for at least one week of the campaign.
The FUFA Women Super League begins a week earlier on the weekend of 8th September.
The FUFA Big League season will Kick-off a week later on the weekend of 22nd September whereas the FUFA Women Elite League (FWEL) will begin on the day when the transfer window closes.
Uganda Premier league clubs such as Vipers SC have already kicked off their transfer business unveiling several new signings in Derrick Ndahiro, Angolan winger Pedro Sukuya and youngster Kenneth Kimera.
KCCA FC have also unveiled Steven Munguchi and Kwikiriza Shafik Nana ahead of the new campaign.
