Uganda Martyrs University progressed to the Pepsi University Football League Final after their goalless stalemate with Bugema University on Tuesday.
Uganda Martyrs won the first leg meeting at home 2-0 and a barren stalemate at Bugema was enough to send them through to the final.
First leg goals from Emmanuel Tumusiime and Richard Lagu were enough to see Uganda Martyrs prevail 2-0 on aggregate after the two legged semifinal.
The two time Pepsi University Football League winners will meet St.Lawrence University who eliminated IUIU University 2-1 on aggregate.
The final will be played on 27th April which will be a repeat of the 2022 University Football League final that ended in Uganda Martyrs favour.
St Lawrence University will be contesting in their third University Football League Final in the previous four editions, they fell short in 2019 to UCU and 2022 against UMU.
